This series of centrifugal fans has high efficiency, low noise and stable performance curve. Mainly used for indoor ventilation, dehumidification and dust removal, etc. in factories and mines, stadiums, opera houses, basements, large and small hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and large buildings. It can also be used as a gas recycler with other types of machinery.

Inlet

The inlet shall be designed in line with aerodynamics. It shall be streamlined for better airflow movement and efficiency, reducing turbulence and sound.

Fan Housing
The fan housing shall be constructed of steel and it shall be thick and strong enough to withstand the maximum operating weight of the fan. The housing shall be continuously welded and have an access door for removing possible foreign bodies.

Wheel

The wheel shall be of the backward curved centrifugal steel type and all welded. The wheel shall be statically and dynamically balanced up to ISO 1940-G4.0 standard. Stable airflow and low sound should be ensured as the wheel is operating at the maximum allowable speed. Drop in performance shall be avoided as the operating point moves up or down. The wheel shall be readily removable for cleaning or maintenance.

The Main Features:
According to the working condition, the fan can use single or double suction, the backward of circular arc blades impeller has good aerodynamic performance and reliability of smooth operation.
No3~6 fan is A transmission; No7~18 fan adopts mining, E,Ctype transmission No20, fan adopts B,D,E type transmission.
No8~20 fan can use double suction fan.
Transmission part group consists of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing, pulley or coupling, etc.
Fan outlet standards into soft connection and compound type damping spring shock absorber etc.
Fan can provide air inlet damper cleaning nozzle, bearing temperature measuring vibration sensor, impeller and other options to choose from.
Inlet and outlet flexible joints, dampers.

Inlet valve, bearing temperature and vibration dective sensers, impeller cleaning nozzle are optional.
